DollDIYs temporary dollhouse!

Hi Everyone!

Today I will be showing you my temporary dollhouse! I am super excited. So my dolls’ house is in the attic in a long, red, wooden cabinet. I don’t know much about it since it was left with the house I just moved into, but since my dad hasn’t had the time to make my permanent dollhouse I decided this would be good. Let’s start in the kitchen. (It is so big I don’t have enough furniture to fill it, so it looks really bare.)

In the kitchen is the Our Generation kitchen set. I got this last christmas. Before that, I had made a really cool kitchen from a shoebox. Basically what I’m saying is that you can make a really cool kitchen. You don’t have to buy a set. You can even make a countertop with a basket and pillow case, like I did.

Also, I added this “Pantry” in the corner, where I keep most of my food.

The next room is the dinning room/living room. So the table I made from a long cardboard box, and then I just covered it with paper. On the table I have a plant and salt and pepper shakers.

Next to that is the living room, where I have two chairs. The one on the left I made with cardboard. The pillow on the chair Americangirlguide made me. She also made me the pink couch, which I love!! And I have a coffee table between them, with the phone.

This is the bedroom; all my dolls share one big room. Right when you walk in, to your left, is the desk. On the desk are some school books and of course, an alarm clock. The beds are wooden and look really cool. On the beds are some stuffed animals and a pillow. For the comforter, I use a pillowcase!

In the middle of the beds, there is another desk. On this one there are more school books, an iPod, and their glasses.

Last but not least, there is a bookshelf at the end of the bed. Sitting there is a CD player with an album and a backpack (all made by Americangirlguide).

Soon I’ll be posting how I made the chair, bookshelf, alarm clock and iPod. I will also be adding more things to my dollhouse and making it cooler. This is just step one. I haven’t decorated or added any cute extras, so in a month or so I will be doing another dollhouse tour. Well that is all I have for you today. Thanks for reading, and I hope you and you doll enjoyed.

Byeeee!
